Shipping & Payments

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard / Ready-made products: Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom orders: Production takes 1 month (30 days) from the date of order confirmation and advance payment. You will be notified once production is complete.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We primarily use DTDC and other reliable regional courier partners depending on your location.

• Delivery timeline: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India. However, actual delivery time depends entirely on the courier partner’s service in your area.
• You will receive a tracking link (from DTDC or our partner) via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

• Flat rate of ₹ 100 per order (or Free shipping above ₹ 2000)
• Custom orders may have separate shipping calculated at the time of dispatch.

3. Payment Methods

We offer the following secure payment options:

Razorpay (All Online Payments)

Pay via:

• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking (all major banks)
• Wallets

Your payment details are encrypted and handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI information.

Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

You can also pay directly into our bank account.

How to pay via Bank Transfer:

1. Select “Direct Bank Transfer” at checkout.
2. Use the following details to transfer the exact order amount:

3. After transfer, please email, whatsapp or call and intimidate the transaction ID / UTR number to store@gmail.com or +91 7705829202 along with your order number.
4. Your order will be confirmed only after the amount is credited (usually within 1–2 business hours for IMPS, 1 business day for NEFT).

Note: Custom orders require a minimum 50% advance via bank transfer or Razorpay. Balance to be paid before shipping.

4. Custom Orders – Special Notes

• Production time: 1 month (30 days). We will keep you updated via email.
• Payment for custom orders: 50% advance (non-refundable) + 50% before shipping.
• Shipping for custom orders: DTDC or partner as applicable. Shipping timeline starts after the final payment.

No cancellations or refunds on custom orders once production has started (unless there is a defect from our side).

5. Order Tracking & Support

Once shipped, you will receive an intimation with:

• Courier partner name (usually DTDC)
• Tracking number
• Link to track your shipment

6. Important Policies

• We ship only within India (currently).
• Cash on delivery (COD) (currently no provision for COD).

7. Changes to This Page

We may update shipping charges or payment options from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change. Please check before placing an order.
